Express Employment is looking for a dynamic and client focused customer service representative for our client in Novi, MI. This is a direct hire position with a growing industrial supply distribution company. As a customer service representative, you'll communicate with internal and external parties, research and provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns.
• Provide information to customers regarding order status or product information.
• Respond to requests for quotes & product information via phone & email.
• Handle customer issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Develop customer relationships, inform customers of current sales and marketing programs, and effectively close the sales opportunities that are identified.
• Data/order entry into company system.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• MS Office and Teams proficiency
• Comfort with inside sales and upselling
• 3+ years of customer service including product order entry and management
