We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative - Logistics position for one of our Fortune 500 Novi, MI based clients. This position is full-time, temp-to-hire for a Logistics Company.

Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - 1st shift position - FULLY REMOTE

Job Duties:

• Tracking and tracing freight of over the road and rail shipments through web-based program (US Domestic, Canada, and Mexico)
• Communicating & updating customers via a web-based program, direct calls & Teams messaging
• Critical thinking to handle, escalate & resolve issues presented (i.e. driver breakdowns) and coordinating solutions

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
• Have a sense of urgency
• Great customer service Skills
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required
