Hospital Housekeeping – Job Duties

1. Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
2. Change linens and make beds as needed.
3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors throughout the facility.
4. Empty trash and properly dispose of waste following hospital procedures.
5. Clean high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, rails, and equipment areas.
6. Follow hospital sanitation and infection-control procedures to maintain a safe, clean environment.
