Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Experienced Housekeeper in Stanwood, WA. Location: Stanwood, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Assignment Length: Temporary assignment, approximately 2-4 weeks

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent housekeeping services in a senior living setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean resident rooms, apartments, and common areas
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Restock housekeeping and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, offices, dining areas, and community spaces
  • Follow established sanitation and infection-control procedures
  • Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior living environments is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push housekeeping carts and equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
