Office Manager/Project Coordinator

Located in Mequon, WI

Salary: $24-30/hour DOE

Mequon Service company looking for OFFICE MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATOR!

 

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• We are seeking an Office Manager / Project Coordinator to serve as the organized hub between customers, project managers, operations, field crews, and office systems.

• This person keeps information moving, protects the schedule, prepares clean work orders and job packets, and creates a professional first impression for customers and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Ability to organize many moving pieces without losing track of details.
  • Comfort working with scheduling, CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and shared file systems through phone and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while following company systems and direction.
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, asphalt, concrete, lawn care, property management, or a similar service business preferred but not required.
  • Service Autopilot experience is a plus; QuickBooks Online experience is helpful but not required.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $24-30/Hour Depending upon experience
• Shift(s): 1st shift
• Hours: 8a-5p Monday - Friday
