Qualifications:

2+ years HR, recruitment, or general administration experience
Must be bilingual - Full proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities:

Perform recruiting, safety, and HR functions
Translate HR documents, handbooks, and safety notices, and facilitate meetings or employee onboarding sessions in both English and Spanish
Mediate conflicts, answer benefit or payroll questions, and handle employee grievances with cultural swnsitivity
