Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout a busy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and presentable for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep and maintain production floor areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, and equipment
• Clean windows, entrances, and common areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Clean up spills and address general housekeeping needs
• Assist with basic facility maintenance
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to management
• Eventually operate a riding floor sweeper as facility equipment expands

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or light industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
