Express Employment has partnered with a leading global manufacturer in Onalaska, and we’re looking for Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join their team this fall and winter!  Are you looking for a chance to grow your customer service skills while working for an industry leader? This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting customers with professionalism and care.

 

Wage: $19/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 7am–7pm. Some overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays, depending on workload.
Season: September through February/March, with the opportunity to return each year as a permanent seasonal employee!

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information to customers on pricing, lead times, delivery dates, discounts, and product details.
• Support field sales representatives and their activities.
• Work directly with dealers and end users to resolve questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements include:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy and speed.
• Ability to learn and work within proprietary software.
• Quick learner with the ability to retain new product knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
