Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, possibly some OT

Pay: $18/hr + 

Garage door experience is required.

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative with garage door industry experience or product knowledge. This is a fast-paced position with a small, busy office where strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Enter and process customer orders
• Prepare quotes for customers
• Schedule service appointments
• Assist customers with product questions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain accurate information and documentation
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment

Qualifications

• Garage door industry experience or product knowledge required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and reliable
