• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, faucets, sinks, and minor leaks.
• Handle basic electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and bulbs.
• Complete drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups throughout apartments.
• Perform general property maintenance, including doors, locks, appliances, fixtures, and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests/work orders and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
