Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join a fast-paced team supporting a well-established home improvement and flooring company. This role blends customer service with sales, offering the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries
• Troubleshoot order issues and coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve delivery or product concerns
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling or add-on sales
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Sales-minded with the ability to recognize customer needs and offer relevant solutions
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
