Express Employment Professionals is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established organization in the Guelph area for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive organization where you'll use your English and French communication skills to assist customers, explain detailed processes, and provide knowledgeable and professional support.

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys helping people, learns quickly, and can confidently communicate detailed information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional customer service and support by phone and email
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries
• Explain processes, procedures, and requirements in a clear, concise, and consistent manner
• Provide internal administrative support
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide accurate information and next steps
• Learn and retain detailed information in order to provide consistent and accurate support
• Maintain a patient, professional, and diplomatic approach during customer interactions
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak periods
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance

What You Bring

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Post-secondary education
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Ability to absorb, retain, and apply large amounts of information
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex processes and information clearly and consistently
• Strong attention to detail
• Patience, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in an education or post-secondary environment is an asset
