Tooling / Die Service 

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Pay: $16.50/hour

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read and accurately use various measuring tools, including tape measures, micrometers, and dial calipers.
• Must have basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to calculate percentages and use charts for reference.
• Prepare, maintain, and repair tooling used on machines according to shop floor work orders and job instructions.
• Operate various grinding equipment, including surface grinders, handheld grinders, and pedestal grinders.
• Use hammers, peening tools, and a variety of hand tools throughout the workday.
• Perform detailed work requiring consistent use of your hands and the ability to manipulate small parts accurately.
• Follow established techniques and best practices for tooling preparation and repair. Training will be provided.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and follow all safety and quality procedures.

This is a hands-on position that requires good mechanical ability, attention to detail, and comfort working with small parts and various hand tools.
