A local manufacturing and fabrication company in Odessa, FL is looking for a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join their team. We are seeking someone with hands-on welding experience who takes pride in producing clean, quality work.

If you have experience welding metal, working with fabrication equipment, and reading basic blueprints or drawings, we'd like to hear from you!

Location: Odessa, FL
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and structures
• Set up and safely operate welding equipment and tools
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable hands-on welding experience
• Experience with MIG welding preferred
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as a tape measure
• Experience with metal fabrication or structural welding is a plus
• TIG, stainless steel, or aluminum welding experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
