The Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality promotional products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role operates various machines prepares materials, and inspects finished products to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met. The position also supports accurate production reporting, inventory control, rush order fulfillment, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining productivity, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce products using manual production equipment.
• Prepare materials, and produce products according to specifications.
• Inspect, count, and verify product quality before completion.
• Accurately record production quantities, labor, and scrap.
• Support rush orders and changing production priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist other departments and production areas as needed.

Skills Required

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
