We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the quality of our community spaces.

Job Summary

As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in keeping our common areas and vacant units clean and inviting. This includes performing regular cleaning tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and helping to ensure that our residents have a positive experience in our community.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Cleaning: Regularly clean hallways, lobbies, elevators, laundry rooms, stairwells, community spaces, and other common areas.
• Apartment Turnovers: Assist with the cleaning and preparation of vacant units to be ready for new residents, including deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning duties.
• Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles in common areas and assist with waste disposal procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supply levels and communicate needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, especially in a residential or commercial setting, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
