Salary: Up to $20/hour

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout apartment units and common areas
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, and water leaks
• Complete basic electrical repairs, including outlets, switches, light fixtures, and other electrical components
• Repair and replace doors, locks, cabinets, drywall, flooring, and other apartment fixtures
• Perform painting, patching, caulking, and other general repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify necessary repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through repairs, cleaning, painting, and general upkeep
• Perform preventative maintenance on property equipment and building systems
• Maintain grounds and common areas as neededUse hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance requests and repairs
• Follow safety procedures while completing maintenance work
• Communicate with residents and property management regarding maintenance issues and completed repairs
• Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation
