As a Recruiter / Staffing Consultant, you'll be accountable for:

• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring exceptional talent
• Matching qualified candidates with the right employers
• Building lasting relationships with associates and clients
• Keeping associates engaged while on assignment
• Solving problems before they become emergencies
• Following up with both clients and associates
• Filling urgent job openings with speed, urgency and accuracy
• Working closely with our Business Development team to grow existing client relationships
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day
