Express Employment Professionals in Center City Philadelphia is recruting for a full time Customer Service Associate for a bank located in the heart of Fishtown, the bank offers a full range of small business and consumer products mostly through 
its virtual portal. Due to the departure of an employee, the bank has an immediate need for this full-time position. 

Days/Hours: M-F 8:45am to 4pm (In Person)
Reporting to: Vice President of Operations
Parking: Company currently provides free parking

Duties:

CUSTOMER FACING ACTIVITIES
• Assist customers in processing their requests including account opening, deposits/withdrawals
• Participate in cross-sales of bank products
• Provide technical support to Business Development Officer with clients
• Process branch transactions including deposits/ withdrawals;

OPERATIONS
• Monitor exception items and returns daily to insure proper recording and processing
• Open/close branch when required
• Reconcile daily work including balancing coin and Check21 scans
• Review assigned daily/monthly reports for action items requiring attention
• Maintain system information including changes in customer information

Requirements:
• Two years of experience as a teller and CSR in a retail banking environment
• Experienced in new account systems
• Training in bank compliance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
