Production Operator

No manufacturing experience? This company provides paid training and will teach you the equipment, processes, and materials used in production.

Pay

• Starting at $22.25+ per hour

Schedule

Training Schedule (First Month)

• Monday-Thursday
• 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

Regular Schedule After Training

• Monday-Thursday
• 4:00 AM-2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment following established work instructions
• Load and unload materials using material handling equipment
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Read work orders, part numbers, and production instructions
• Use measuring tools including tape measures, gauges, and scales
• Enter production and inventory information into the computer system
• Label, organize, and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Help ensure production schedules and quality standards are met

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to accurately count and track materials
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience
• Experience with cranes, hoists, or material handling equipment
• Experience using gauges, measuring tools, or production equipment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive production tasks
• Lift and move materials regularly
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment
