Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Regional Travel

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting for a growing manufacturing-focused company seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, expand market share, and build long-term customer relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest.

This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction, developing new accounts, and helping manufacturers solve operational and workforce challenges.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.
• Meet with business owners, plant managers, operations leaders, and decision-makers.
• Conduct plant tours and customer needs assessments.
• Present customized solutions that improve business performance.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity reporting.
• Grow long-term customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
