Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting dependable Movers/Labor Associates for a busy company that is centrally located on the busline. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and delivering excellent customer service. No prior moving experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Compensation & Schedule

• $21.00 per hour
• Full-time, part-time, and seasonal openings available
• Typical start time of 7:00 AM
• Reporting location in the South Everett area
• Daily hours vary based on project needs and customer schedules
• Must be available for shifts ranging from approximately 4 to 10+ hours

What You'll Do

As a member of a moving crew, you'll assist with residential, commercial, and office relocation projects while working under the guidance of a Crew Leader.

Responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading furniture, equipment, and other materials
• Safely securing, wrapping, and protecting items for transport
• Preparing homes, offices, and job sites to prevent damage during moves
• Packing and unpacking customer belongings
• Building boxes and organizing packing supplies
• Assisting with furniture assembly, disassembly, and installation
• Moving items using dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment
• Relocating furniture and equipment within office and commercial facilities
• Supporting warehouse and storage operations as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following directions from crew leadership and assisting with project-related tasks
• Providing professional, friendly service to customers throughout the moving process

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Regularly bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable using ladders and moving equipment when required

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Successful candidates must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
