Warehouse Inventory Specialist

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage inventory, equipment, testing, and warehouse operations. This position works closely with Field Operations to ensure inventory is accurate, tested, and ready for deployment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receiving, storing, labeling, cycle counts, physical inventory, and distribution of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Maintain high inventory accuracy and complete inventory transactions.
Process and record testing, QA, MRB, RTV, and returns.

Perform firmware updates and testing on WeLink devices before field deployment.
Manage inbound and outbound freight, including shipping.

Certified for forklift and experienced using pallet jacks.

Use systems including NetSuite, FedEx Ship Manager, Slack, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Test Script.

Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse.
Qualifications

1+ year of data entry experience
1+ year of general warehouse experience
1+ year of inventory control experience
Inventory management experience preferred.

Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft/Google programs, and Test Script preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
