Warehouse Kitter

We are hiring a Warehouse Kitter for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with small parts. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and organizing fasteners and hardware to build kits for customer orders.

What You’ll Do

• Pick fasteners, hardware, and components according to work orders and kit lists
• Count and verify parts and quantities for accuracy
• Assemble, package, label, and organize completed kits
• Compare part numbers and specifications to ensure the correct materials are selected
• Stock and organize inventory and return unused materials to the proper locations
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as needed
• Identify inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, kitting, picking/packing, assembly, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with small parts and distinguishing between similar part numbers and sizes
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to read work orders, labels, and written instructions
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stay organized and productive while completing repetitive tasks
