Job Duties: 

• Set up the grill and sampling area
• Prepare the cooking station and ensure all utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use 
• Begin cooking approximately one hour prior to sampling 
• Cook and prepare food samples for approximately 2.5 hours during the event
• Maintain food safety standards throughout the event 
• Thoroughly clean all cooking equipment and utensils following the event 
• Properly pack and store all event assets with the store upon completion 

Requirements: 

• Current Food Safe / Food Handler Certification
• Food Handler's License is preferable but not required since the food is all pre-cooked 
• Previous experience with grilling, food preparation, or sampling event 
• Able to stand on your feet around hot grill / stove for long periods of time 

Work Schedule: 1pm to 6:30pm 

• This is a temporary 1-day assignment!
