Quality Inspector 

Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

We are hiring a Quality Inspector I to perform inspections on precision-manufactured components. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or quality inspection experience who has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Use metrology tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• Apply basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Perform leak testing and blacklight inspections
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components
• Identify and document non-conforming materials
• Complete inspection and quality records accurately
• Maintain material and product traceability
• Follow applicable ISO 9001 quality procedures
• Work with production and quality teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection or precision manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong blueprint/engineering drawing interpretation skills
• Experience with metrology, GD&T, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Experience performing leak testing and/or blacklight inspections preferred
• Knowledge of non-conformance documentation
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
