company in Vanceburg, KY is seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Worker to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts   or 10 hour shifts
Rotation: 4 days on / 4 days off  or M-F
Shifts: Day & Night Shift Available  * We submit for your preference.
Overtime: Available

Job Duties:

• Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of quality fiberglass mats from the forming drum to the finishing department.
• Screen glass and ensure hoppers are maintained at the proper levels.
• Sweep floors and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform pulls and wraps according to written instructions.
• Monitor production processes and help troubleshoot issues.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read standard gauges and measurements, including scales and tape measures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in extreme heat.
• Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
