Position: Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate responsible for making deliveries in a 24-foot box truck or 24-foot stake bed truck while also supporting daily warehouse operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable driving commercially and performing physical warehouse duties, including pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24-foot box truck or 24-foot stake bed truck for scheduled deliveries.
• Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and on time.
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Operate forklifts and appliance lifts, including sit-down and stand-up equipment.
• Verify products and quantities before loading and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• CDL Class A or Class B license required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating a forklift and/or appliance lift, including sit-down and stand-up equipment.
• Ability and willingness to perform both delivery driving and warehouse duties.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull products as required.
• Ability to load and unload trucks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely handle warehouse equipment and merchandise.

Safety Requirements

Safety shoes are required. Shoes or boots must be durable and have protective toe reinforcement designed to protect the foot from falling objects or compression.

Training Requirement

Training must be completed prior to the associate's first day of work. Training is approximately 6.5 hours and will be billed at a $150 flat training invoice.
