Customer Experience Specialist

Express Employment Professionals’ Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a respected car rental company in the Indianapolis area that is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to help provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist works closely with customers, rental locations, and internal teams to address customer questions and concerns. This person helps resolve issues, responds to feedback, and supports efforts to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and help resolve service-related issues.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails and social media messages.
• Review customer surveys, complaints, and feedback.
• Work with rental locations and internal teams to find solutions to customer concerns.
• Respond to online customer reviews and document outcomes.
• Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when working with customers and coworkers.
• Help support the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, rental cars, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities at once.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:
