Express is seeking a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing facility in Latrobe!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and interested in quality control. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring materials meet established quality standards.

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | $22/hour + $0.50 shift differential. Training will take place on 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, for the first few weeks.

Job Duties of the Quality Inspector:

• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or other quality concerns
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Follow established quality control procedures and inspection guidelines
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts related to quality processes
• Use inspection tools and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Quality Inspector:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous quality control or inspection experience preferred
• Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
• Experience using inspection tools or equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
