Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $60,000-$65,000 annually ($28-$31/hr.)

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community's buildings, grounds, and amenities. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping a property safe, functional, and looking its best.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders and routine property inspections
• Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
• Maintain lighting, common areas, recreational amenities, and building equipment
• Assist with painting, pressure washing, trash management, and community event setup
• Monitor HVAC components and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Support storm preparation and cleanup efforts
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain maintenance records

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• HVAC, CPO, or related certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work occasional extended hours or weekends as needed
