Production Painter – Full-Time

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Painter! We're looking for a detail-oriented craftsperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes across a variety of materials. If you enjoy working with your hands, have a strong eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

 

What You’ll Do

• Paint, stain, and clear-coat wood, plastic, vinyl, and specialty materials using spray equipment
• Maintain paint room cleanliness and equipment functionality
• Read and interpret engineered shop drawings
• Order and manage paint supplies in coordination with the Estimator
• Innovate cost-effective application techniques for diverse materials
• Occasionally assist other departments and participate in on-site installations (travel up to 6 times/year)

What You Bring

• Expertise in spray painting, staining, and finishing techniques
• Valid Utah driver’s license and clean driving record
• DOT medical card (can be obtained post-hire)
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools, materials, and project management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of craftsmanship

Responsibilities

• Manage daily painting tasks and inventory
• Track project progress and communicate updates
• Recommend improvements and ensure quality outcomes
• Keep workspaces clean and organized
• Collaborate with team members and attend project meetings
• Support planning and execution of partner projects
• Continuously grow your skills through training and cross-departmental work

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Alternate schedules may be approved by the Manufacturing Director Respectful, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to integrity
