Job Summary

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Worker to join their team in . This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, production floor, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report on maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
