CNC Programmer

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of production runs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is preferred.
