Account Manager

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE Direct Hire | Hybrid Work Environment

A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, providing consultative support, conducting training, ensuring program compliance, and helping clients maximize operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, trainings, and onboarding activities.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to improve program performance.
• Analyze client data, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and support client success.
• Monitor client engagement, performance, and participation metrics. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service, account management, or client relationship experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, and events.
