Distribution Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift

We are seeking dependable Distribution Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution center. Associates will be cross-trained in multiple warehouse positions and must be willing to rotate between areas based on daily needs.

Work Conditions: Warehouse / Distribution Center
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Position Summary

This is a cross-functional warehouse position. Associates will be trained in packing, truck loading, tote handling, pallet movement, and stock replenishment rather than working in only one area.

Positions You Will Be Trained In

  • Dunnage Packer: Fill empty space in packed cartons with protective materials, secure products, and seal boxes for shipment.
  • Truck Loader / Hand Stacker: Manually load and stack boxed products inside trucks while maximizing space and keeping loads secure.
  • Tote Stacker: Remove and transfer empty totes from conveyor lines, stack totes, and keep conveyor areas flowing efficiently.
  • Pallet Runner: Use a pallet jack to move completed pallets between checking, processing, and shipping/staging areas.
  • Stock Replenisher: Monitor packing stations and replenish boxes, bags, labels, and other supplies to keep production moving.

Minimum Requirements

  • Willing and able to train and rotate through all warehouse functions
  • Comfortable with physical work, including repetitive lifting and handling boxes
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
  • Able to work at a consistent pace in a high-volume environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
