Job Overview

Seeking an experienced fleet/operations professional for a temporary project expected to last approximately 3–6 months, with the potential to vary based on project needs. This individual will lead process improvement initiatives, including rebuilding the fleet maintenance tracking system, implementing safety procedures, and identifying additional opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve current fleet maintenance processes and tracking systems
• Develop and implement safety and compliance procedures
• Coordinate projects, timelines, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor fleet maintenance, utilization, costs, and operational performance
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation
• Provide updates and recommendations to management

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, maintenance, or operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement or system implementation
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet safety preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
