Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Grill Cook to assist with a local event in Missoula. This short-term assignment will include event setup, grilling food during the event, and cleanup afterward.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and food preparation
• Grill hamburgers and hot dogs for approximately two hours during the event
• Work closely with an event runner who will communicate food and supply needs
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with event breakdown and cleanup at the end of the shift

Requirements

• Current Food Handler or Food Safety Certification required
• Previous cooking, grilling, catering, or food service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Reliable transportation required
