Job Summary
One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and optimizing materials management strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of category management and logistics to effectively support our client's needs.

• Position: Procurement Analyst I
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Training:09/10 through 10/09 Mon-Fri, with mandatory attendance for all training days.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls (80–85% of the shift) to providers to obtain needed medical information such as itemizations or medical records required for claim processing.
• Handling inbound calls to answer status queries related to initiated claims.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of communication between CorVel, providers, and referring clients as applicable.
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance in all communications.
• Adhering to Quality Assurance protocols to ensure all received documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supporting production standards and goals, including punctual and consistent attendance.
• Assisting in training new employees as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Call Center Setting
• Experience in Medical Field Metrics is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of office experience.
• Inbound/outbound call center experience is helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Great phone etiquette, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment
