Position Overview

A local olive oil company in Yuba City is seeking Seasonal Production Workers to assist with production, packaging, and preparation of holiday products. This is a very fast-paced production environment where employees will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to established specifications.
• Place olive oil products and other items into designated packaging.
• Wrap, package, and label completed products.
• Inspect finished products for quality and presentation.
• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks at a fast pace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a very fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous production, packaging, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift and move products and completed packages as needed.
• Ability to maintain a consistent pace while ensuring accuracy and quality.
