Industrial Painter Helper – Plant City, FL

Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime: Some Saturdays and extended hours may be required based on business demands

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Industrial Painter Helper in Plant City!

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Industrial Painter Helper to assist experienced Industrial Painters with preparing materials and surfaces for painting. This is a hands-on position in an industrial environment and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist Industrial Painters with daily tasks
Prepare materials and surfaces prior to painting
Clean, sand, scrape, mask, and prep surfaces as needed
Help move and position materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Clean tools, equipment, and work areas after painting
Follow all workplace and safety procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Industrial, construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Willing and able to work Saturdays and extended hours when required
Must be able to report to work by 6:00 AM

Pay is $17–$20/hour, depending on experience.
