Pay: $22–$25 per hour

Schedule: 2^nd Shift 2:30PM to 10:00PM

Employment Type: Full‑Time

A growing facility is seeking a dependable Milling Operator to support daily production. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands‑on work, consistent routines, and a clean, safety‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and milling equipment to achieve required particle sizes
• Monitor equipment performance, temperature, and throughput
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and consistency
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Inspect product to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Document production data and report deviations or mechanical issues
• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in powder processing, milling, or manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of air classification or sieving systems is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment with PPE
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
