Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Class B CDL Driver for a short-term 1st-shift assignment in South Bend. The driver will support local deliveries and transportation needs while operating company vehicles safely and professionally. Assignment is currently scheduled for September 8–11, with the possibility of extending longer.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups as assigned.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Verify deliveries and complete required paperwork.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and staff.
• Report vehicle or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL.
• Acceptable MVR.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle.
• Dependable attendance for the full scheduled assignment.
• Ability to load/unload materials as required.
• Previous local delivery experience preferred.
