Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30 to 10:00PM

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Pay: $22 to $25 per hour

What You’ll Do

·       Operate and monitor extruder machines for powder‑coating production

·       Adjust machine settings based on product specifications

·       Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

·       Record production data and ensure all quality standards are met

·       Maintain a safe, organized work area

What We’re Looking For

·       Vocational/Technical diploma or relevant extrusion experience

·       Understanding of thermosetting resin behavior (preferred)

·       Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

·       Commitment to safety and quality

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
