Compensation

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Temporary Mock Jury Duty Associates for a confidential legal research project in the Missoula area.

This temporary opportunity allows participants to serve as mock jurors by listening to case presentations, participating in jury-style deliberations, and providing feedback to assist with legal research. No legal experience is required.

Job Duties

1. Attend and participate in a confidential mock jury session.

2. Listen to case presentations and review information provided during the project.

3. Engage in group discussions and jury-style deliberations.

4. Share honest opinions and feedback regarding the case.

5. Maintain confidentiality of all information presented and discussed during the session.

6. Sign a confidentiality agreement prior to participation.

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Must be a U.S. citizen.

3. Must not have any conflicts of interest with the parties involved in the litigation.

4. Must be able to participate respectfully in group discussions.

5. Friends and relatives may not participate in the same session.

Schedule

1. Check-in: 12:45 PM

2. Start Time: 1:00 PM

3. End Time: No later than 6:00 PM

4. Participants must be available for the entire session.

Additional Information

1. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided.

2. Lunch will not be provided.

3. Multiple breaks will be scheduled throughout the event.

4. Location details will be provided prior to the event date.
