OVERVIEW

Express is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician for a local company in Sanford. For this role associate will diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshooting to resolve problems on the spot
• Performing routine maintenance and warranty work
• Diagnosing issues for current clients
• Install new systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Valid Driver's License
