Direct Hire | Up to $32.00/Hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Gate & Automation Service Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a Direct Hire role that involves servicing and repairing automated gate systems. MUST be able to pass background check and drug screen (including THC).

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair gate automation systems, including motor operators, sensors, and control panels, slide gates, swing gates, cantilever gates, barrier arms, and crash-rated gate systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on security systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and access control devices
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for system installation and diagnostics
• Document service activities thoroughly and communicate findings clearly to clients
• Emergency service calls as required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years hands-on experience with automated gate systems or related
• Strong electrical and mechanical background (Including low-voltage wiring).
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and system design documentation
• On call rotation for after hour/weekend emergency calls
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems and remote access software configuration
• Excellent troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, including THC.
• Must be available for an on-call rotation schedule.
