Manufacturing company in south Fort Worth is seeking a contract Accounts Payable Associate for a 4–6-month project.

 

Ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of accounts payable processing and/or bookkeeping experience is required
• Three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents for highly customized equipment parts and materials
• Previous experience valuating and ensuring proper general ledger (GL) coding for all incoming invoices
• Ability to analyze open payables to determine and schedule weekly cash disbursements to be remitted to vendors and other partners
• Prior experience in comprehensive monthly reconciliations of the aged payables report to the general ledger control accounts payable account
• Must have intermediate skill level in Excel with formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables, MS Office Suite, ERP, Concur a plus

 

On Site

Contract 4-6 months

M-F, 8 hour/day starting from 7a-8:30a (flexible)

$23/hr
