Jewelry Sales & Project Coordinator – Direct Hire

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Jewelry Sales & Project Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity in the East Metro. This is a Monday–Friday, day-shift position paying $26–$28/hour, depending on experience.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused jewelry professional who combines jewelry knowledge, consultative sales, organization, problem-solving, and project coordination. Empathy and thoughtful communication are essential when helping customers create pieces commemorating significant life events.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through custom jewelry design and purchasing via phone, email, video, and in-person consultations.
• Answer product, pricing, sizing, materials, and custom-design questions.
• Understand customer preferences, gemstones, engraving, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare quotes and guide projects from inquiry through completion.
• Coordinate custom projects with CAD/design teams, including revisions and approvals.
• Track multiple projects, deadlines, customer communications, and order details.
• Provide exceptional, knowledgeable customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous jewelry industry experience; bridal/engagement experience strongly preferred.
• Consultative sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and project-management abilities.
• Comfortable with e-commerce, email, and project-tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
