Job Summary:                         Warehouse Forklift

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for HVAC warehouse in the Ft Myers area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pulling orders for HVAC units and parts, operating forklifts, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and accuracy is needed for this position. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare HVAC units, parts, and supplies for shipment based on work orders.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move, load, and unload inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of HVAC equipment and components.
• Label and organize inventory in designated areas.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with packing, shipping, and logistics tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in HVAC or construction materials.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Position Type:   Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay:      $17.50-$18.00

Schedule:      7am to 5pm
